Tale of Flocksworth
It was a big week for Tale of Flocksworth. The player is now based on a generic character class so that making NPCs is more efficient in the future. Floor tiles are now organized into “panels” of tiles so that it’s easier to manage and save them. Currently, a new panel is generated whenever the player walks into a new area, and this panel is automatically saved to a file (though they’re not read yet). This world expansion still has a multitude of issues but for now, it’s a pretty solid foundation. The next two weeks are going to be very busy, so don’t get too excited!
